Lebiza house rules
Access & ID:
Access is strictly for visitors aged 21 and over.
Valid identification is required and may be checked upon entry.
No valid ID = no entry.
The organization reserves the right to refuse entry without giving a
reason. Enforcement lies with the organization and hired security; artists and
venue staff are not authorized to remove visitors.
TICKETS:
We cannot issue refunds for tickets already purchased.
Alcohol & Substances:
Alcohol is only served to visitors aged 21 and over. Excessive alcohol consumption is not
permitted. If detected, access to alcohol may be denied and the visitor may be removed
immediately. In cases of excessive alcohol use or medical emergencies, the organization
reserves the right to call for medical assistance or
emergency services.
If drug use is detected, the organization reserves the right to remove
the visitor immediately without refund.
Behavior & Respect:
Treat all visitors, staff, and artists with respect, regardless of
gender or background. Unwanted physical contact or intimidating behavior is strictly
prohibited, including towards artists, staff, or other guests.
The event aims to provide a female-friendly and safe environment where
everyone feels welcome and respected.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund.
Safety & Emergency Procedures:
Always follow instructions from the organization, staff, and security,
including during emergencies.
Emergency exits and walkways must remain clear at all times—do not block them.
In case of fire, illness, or other emergencies, immediately notify the
organization or security.
The organization has certified first aid staff and medical facilities
on-site. In dangerous situations, the organization reserves the right to call
medical assistance or emergency services. It is prohibited to bring dangerous objects that
may threaten the safety of visitors or staff.
Smoking:
Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas
Photo & Video Recording:
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By attending the event, visitors consent to the use of any images in
which they are visible. Visitors are free to take their own photos and videos and share them
on social media—don’t forget to tag #Lebiza 😉. Recording for commercial purposes is not
allowed without permission from the organization. Visitors who do not wish to be
photographed or filmed must inform the organization in advance.
Additional Rules:
Any damage to the venue or its inventory will be charged to the responsible party.
Please be considerate of the surroundings and avoid causing disturbance
outside the venue.
The organization reserves the right to change the program or cancel the event due to force majeure.
